Andrew Biren and Spencer Goldberg settled a case for $750,000 for a disabled Army Veteran who lost most of the use of his dominant arm when he suffered a battle injury in Iraq. The Army Veteran injured his good arm when his motorcycle was cut off and he was thrown to the ground causing a collarbone fracture that required surgery to fix.
