Biren and John A Roberts obtained a $2 million policy limits settlement with defendant driver’s employer for a young female motorcycle passenger who suffered an above the knee amputation after defendant driver’s truck clipped the motorcycle. The case continues against driver’s insurer who failed to settle within driver’s policy limits.
