As a law firm based in Los Angeles, we understand the profound impact the ongoing wildfires have had on our community. Many of us, including some of our own team members, have lost homes and are experiencing firsthand the devastation these fires have caused. We are not only victims of this disaster but also committed to helping those affected in any way we can.
In times like these, we are reminded of the strength and resilience of our neighbors, our friends, and the first responders who have worked tirelessly to support those in need. While the challenges we face may seem insurmountable, we know that together, we can rebuild and recover.

211 LA and Airbnb have teamed up to provide free temporary housing to those displaced by the wildfires.
Big Bear
Recognizing the need for peace and healing after the trauma of wildfires, this popular retreat spot has opened its doors to evacuees by creating a collection of vacation homes and hotels specifically for the needs of fire evacuees.
The Queen Mary
The Queen Mary in Long Beach announced that it has rooms available and is offering support to those who have been displaced.
Visit Anaheim
People affected by the wildfires can visit Visit Anaheim’s official website and find special hotel offers and assistance.
Transportation
Big Blue Bus
Big Blue Bus is offering free rides and a shuttle service to the Westwood shelter. The shuttle is located on Lincoln and Montana and departs hourly, on the hour, until 9 pm.
Lyft
To help those impacted by the wildfires, Lyft is providing 2,000 customers with $25 vouchers for two rides. Redeem the voucher by using code CAFIRERELIEF25 before midnight on January 15th.
Metro
Fare collection for rides on Metro has been suspended systemwide.
Uber
Uber is committed to helping residents evacuate safely during the wildfires. They are working with local authorities and first responders to provide rides to designated shelters, with up to $40 covered per trip, for anyone needing assistance reaching a safe location. Offer valid for 2 trips per rider up to $40 per ride through 1/15.
Communications
AT&T
Wildfire areas will receive unlimited data, talk, and text from the telecommunications company until Feb. 6.
Verizon
Verizon is providing relief to wildfire victims by waiving call, text, and data charges in the hardest-hit areas and deploying free Wifi and charging stations at three wildfire shelters.
Food Assistance and Offers
Los Angeles Regional Food Bank
The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and its network of over 600 partner agencies are working to quickly assess and respond to the needs of those affected by the SoCal wildfires.
Calico Fish House
Evacuees fleeing wildfires can find a hot meal and a safe place to camp at Calico Fish House in Sunset Beach (16600 Pacific Coast Highway). The restaurant’s chef is opening their parking lot to those in need.
NORMS
The diner chain is treating first responders and firefighters to free meals from Jan. 9-12.
Joe’s Pizza
First responders are invited to stop by any Joe’s Pizza location for free pizza.
Shake Shack
All LA County locations will have a free Shackburger for first responders through Jan. 12.
Health
Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness is offering a helping hand to evacuees and first responders by providing free access to their facilities, including showers, locker rooms, and WiFi, until January 15th.
Mental Health
If you or a loved one is struggling with a mental health crisis or considering suicide, call or text 988.

The Red Cross is providing shelter, food, medical care, and emotional support to evacuees.

United Way is collaborating with local groups to address both immediate and long-term needs in the affected communities.

This foundation partners with fire agencies to provide financial relief to wildfire victims.

Pasadena Humane
Pasadena Humane is helping animals displaced by the fires and is in need of donations, including pet food, crates, and blankets. They also need foster homes for larger dogs.
