A driver was exiting an In & Out Burger and was in the process of making an illegal left turn around a raised median. The driver pulled out right in front of motorcycle driver, Travis Fairweather which caused him to slide into the defendant’s truck resulting in a sustained skull fracture. In & Out was on notice about customers regularly making illegal turns and Biren Law Group proved they were at fault for not placing a warning sign for the maneuver, resulting in a settlement.
