Matthew Biren, Andrew Biren and Spencer Goldberg achieved a substantial settlement for one of the bellwether wrongful death claimants as part of the $800 million settlement with MGM to the surviving victims and family members of the 58 people who were killed at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.
